Does windy & salty enviroment will effect my bamboo plant?

i'm living near the sealine. its about 50m from the beach. its been quite windy %26amp; salty enviroment these days due to weather changes.

i've 2 bamboo plant in two pots. the thing is i've notice the bamboo plant has less leaves now %26amp; the stem has becoming more yellow these day..

is it due to weather or it is due to soil or fertilizer. how to overcome this problem?
