I need help with my Bamboo plant!!?

Its dying! It started turning yellow.. and its spreading so now about a forth of the leaves are yellow.. and the second bamboo stock is startingto turn yellow too. Is there anything i can do to keep it from dying??

I've had it for about three years, and its in water and rocks.. it always has been. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!

In my 15 yrs. of growing bamboo plants once they start to turn yellow, thats it. It helps a lot and keeps them healthier and live longer if you change the water once or twice a month.
Reply:That is exactly what happened to mine. My neighbor who bought one at the same time I did says it is because I used tap water not distilled water like she did. She also changed the water and washed off the rocks once a week. Hers is now practicallly a tree.
Reply:You can also try a trick my brother taught me-dip your finger in the water, and put droplets in the very middle of the plant. It works wonders!
