Recipe for Fish cooked INSIDE bamboo???
There is no recipe for this dish. No seasonings are required. Just cut a large green bamboo stem, hollow out one end of the stem to stuff the fish in, use the bamboo leaves to seal up the opening tightly to prevent losing too much steam as well as reducing the cooking time. You can use any type of fish and you don't even need to add water, just fill up the bamboo stem with fishes without over-pack. Roast over charcoal for about an hour. Serve and enjoy!
Reply:ask him yourself!

bourdain ROCKS! The best episode was Namibia, did you see that one? That was nasty! Even he was disgusted, can believe he ate that stuff %26amp; did it with a smile. His comments were hilarious!
