Bamboo steamers are great. They are more efficient than a metal steamer in that the bamboo absorbs the water as it steams and the metal steamer doesn't...so water has a tendency to drip all over your food. Joyce Chen is a good commercial brand. However, if you live anywhere near an Asian market, then you could find them at a cheaper price.
