Do you eat bamboo shoots?

I'm alomosrt certain you do. But I bought a frozen diet meal type thing::



SmartOnes Teryaki Chicken/w Vegetables bowl



bamboo shoots make up a large paart iof the vegetables ..

you eat those right?



I'm in middleschooll...not mcuh experience wiht cooking foreign meals. lol... ehhh



By the way.. no I'm not on a diet, I just eat diet meals, because they're so-so helthy, quick to eat, and are portioned.

Do you eat bamboo shoots?
Yep, you eat those. They're good; they taste a little bit like water chestnuts and are found in a lot of Asian dishes.
Reply:Yes bamboo shoots are a favourite in many asian dishes even malay dishes and curries.



One thing about it is that do note that it does have a pungent scent and that can make it repulsive to some.

Reply:yeah they're really good. really good if ur on a diet. oh and Dragonfruit is good for diets as well
Reply:yes!! i'm asian and a lot of asians put bamboo shoots in a lot of their dishes so yea...its sooooooooo good!! if u want to try them go to this restaurant called Kim tar bbq...they hav a great dish w/ lots of bamboo shoots...

Do you eat what I shoots?
Reply:yeah i eat it and dragonfruit because it's like a laxitive and cleans out ur system, making you loose fat
Reply:Yes. They are delicious and go well with water chestnuts in Chinese food.
Reply:Yum. I like stir frying them with snap peas and water chestnuts.

Reply:yes I do..I like them..but the meat they use in any type of frozen meal can be low end meat. I read that in a health report.
