We just bought a lucky bamboo, one has the curves in it, and I was wondering if anyone knew if you could keep the curves going and how or if it will now just continue to grow straight out where the stalk ends?

you can buy wire that can shape the growth.
Ask at Home Depot, or any other garden department. Its just regular aluminum wire (a fairly heavy guage) that can be purchased at a hardware store.
