Cleaning paint off bamboo?

While my brother was using an air sprayer to paint our basement walls, he forgot to cover my bamboo table and chairs. Now the chairs are covered in a fine spray of paint dots. They have a coating of some kind of varnish or laquer, how do I get this paint off without taking off the varnish?

Bamboo is though!!!!!!Use paint remover little sanding and revarnish. I't might sound like hard work. But, it' real easy.
Reply:use wd 40 or oops, if it eats off the varnish, wait till its dry, rinse the areas well, and use clear spray sealer on the spots that the varnish came off of.
