How do you start a new bamboo plant? I have three large ones with long leaves and would like to have more.

Cut a shoot into two inch pieces, put one inch deep in potting soil, keep moist. When you see new growth start your plant has rooted.
Bamboo is really easy to grow %26amp; multiply.
