Is it possible to write on microsoft word 2003 with my new wacom bamboo fun pen tablet?? Also how can i do that cool turning my own handwriting into text?? seems cool..if i can figure the damn thing out haha please help :)

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think Word 2003 supports "inking" and conversion to text; Word 2007 does support inking and conversion to text, at least on a Tablet PC. I have no experience of using a Wacom tablet with Word 2007 so can't advise you.
If you have Vista, then you have Windows Journal which allows you to ink on the page even using a mouse and convert to text. Pretty neat and never mentioned by those who say Vista sucks!
You may have better luck with Evernote
