Wacom bamboo tablet and windows vista?

what programs can i use with the bamboo?

i know i can use it like a mouse, keyboard, etc. but what about its artistic abilities.

i know it can show thicknes of lines by the pen pressure. but what programs recognize it? Paint on my pc does not.



any other tips, etc. would be great.

Art programs such as Photoshop or Paintshop can recognise pen pressure as well as provide many extras that will allow you to use your tablet to a great ability.

I would recommend 'Adobe Photoshop'



Also, oekaki's provide online drawing experiences. I've signed up to many. They don't recognise pen pressure (as far as I know) but the art programs such as 'Shi Painter' and 'Paint BBS' have simple controls and are similar to paint in ways but more advanced in results.
