I have a bamboo wine glass rack that I would like to paint black. Does bamboo paint well?

spray a coat of Kilz on it. Let it dry for 24 hours,lightly sand it with fine sandpaper. Paint will stick to it fine after that. You should be able to buy Kilz at any hardware store, Wal Mart maybe.
