Should I get Wacom bambo or bamboo fun???

So I really want to get a tablet. I really like the wacom bamboo and bamboo fun. Which is better? Could someone give me a review on them?

Also the software that comes with the bamboo fun, I notice it says photoshop elements, what does that mean? Does it come with photoshop or just a simplified version of this?

I guess this 'Bamboo' is replacing the original Graphire (not the Bluetooth they're offering now).

It depends on if you want the tablet for art, or editing. If it's for art, you probably want the bamboo fun. At home, I have an old, 4.56 Version Graphire (4x6 workspace, 512 level sensitivity) I bought off eBay and I love it, but I'm well ready to graduate to a 6x8 or more Intuos.

Photoshop Elements is a less expensive, less complex, photo editing program. It does a little of everything, but it's definitely not the powerful, ~*Photoshop*~ you're probably thinking of.

If you're a beginning artist, Bamboo Fun (small) and Photoshop Elements looks like the way to go. That's essentially where I started and now I'm a full-time graphic designer.
Reply:what software is needed to use bamboo fun on a make???? Report It
Reply:Wow, this post helped a lot. I am trying to convince my parents to allow me to buy a blue bamboo fun (small). I hope it works.

LaehMc, I don't think you need any software. The tablet is mac and pc compatible. Just plug it in, and open up a program, and away you go! Report It
